There is something so sweet and vulnerable doing an in home session with two people in love. Taking a moment from the daily busyness of life and sitting back at taking home moments in. Rather than dressing up and going out, you can have the comfort of lounging in sweaters and comfy clothes, cuddled on a sofa with a good cup of coffee. I mean, because why not? Look at this beautiful little Montana farmhouse engagement session.
What I love about in home sessions, is documenting the real moments. The more sweet and intimate love, the kind that leaves. Authenticity has been such a huge thing going around on instagram. So many people just feed off of REAL people, saying real life matter moments. I do not blame them one bit. Life is not social media perfect, its beautiful and crazy, and in home sessions give the photographer an opportunity to capture a glimpse of just that.
Jake and Lacey have been the most amazing couple to work with. The first time that we met over coffee, I instantly knew we were going to be be best friends! Jake and Lacey are so easy going and willing to do all of my fun and gorgeous ideas. This was a part 3 of their engagement session, and I fell in love with every little bit of it. THE CUTEST!
Sometime soon, there will be an awesome blog post on all of the reasons that I believe you should have an in home session whether it be a couples and engagement, family, or even personal branding. Be authentic and tell your story! Also, side note… I am totally obsessed with this white modern Montana Farmhouse engagement session. Give me all the ship-lap and modern vibes. Check out Crane Mountain Cottage, it really is one of the most beautiful and quaint little houses that I have seen here.
I loved your blog.Much thanks again. Keep writing.
Thank you so much!! I surely will!
